Breaking barriers, building futures

Talent doesn't need permission. It needs a door.

Refugees for Success helps displaced students and professionals turn the skills they already carry into scholarships, recognised credentials and real careers — with an advisor in their corner the whole way.

What support looks like

One plan. Two paths. Your pace.

  • Scholarships

Funding found, paperwork done, applications sent with you — not for you.

  • Credentials

Diplomas, transcripts and licences translated into what employers here recognise.

  • Careers

Mentors matched to your field, and partners who hire on capability.

No cost to you · No condition on your status

Our mission

Support that starts with what you already have.

Refugees for Success is a mentorship-based organization dedicated to bridging the gap between refugees and opportunities.

By connecting refugees with mentors, we provide the guidance, education, and support needed to help them grow, thrive, and build successful futures.

We open doors

Scholarship guidance, tuition and exam fees, and hands-on help getting diplomas, transcripts and professional licences recognised here.

We build careers

Career advising, résumé and interview coaching, paid internships, and employer partners who hire on skill rather than a local network.

We stay

One advisor and one mentor for the whole path — from the first call to the first day on the job or the first week of class.

Two paths

Education and careers, run as one journey.

Most people need both: a qualification that's recognised here, and a way into work while they study. Our two programmes run side by side, with one plan for each person.

Education & scholarships

A degree that stopped mid-way, or a diploma no local employer recognises, shouldn't be the end of the story. We find the funding and do the paperwork with you, then sit beside you while you get back into study.

  • Scholarships, tuition and exam fees — we find them and apply with you
  • Help getting diplomas, transcripts and professional licences recognised
  • Academic English and study skills for college and university
  • Tutoring, study groups, and laptop or course-material grants

Path 02

Jobs & career support

Experience earned elsewhere rarely reads well on a local résumé. We translate what you've already done into language employers trust, then put you in front of companies that hire for capability.

  • Career advising and a written plan for your first 90 days
  • Résumé, LinkedIn and interview coaching, in your language
  • Mentors matched to your field, plus professional networking circles
  • Paid internships and employer partners who hire on skill
How it works

Four steps, one person beside you.

No queues, no case numbers, and no starting again each time you speak to someone new.

01

Reach out

A short form — tell us where you are and what you're aiming for. Two minutes, and you can write in your own language.

02

Meet your advisor

We match you with an advisor who knows your field, and meet within a week of your first message.

03

Plan and train

A written plan: courses, credential recognition, applications, funding — and who does what by when.

04

Launch

Interviews, offers, first semester. Your advisor and mentor stay with you through the first six months.

The team

The people who open the door with you.

Advisors, educators and mentors — many of whom rebuilt their own careers in a new country — working alongside every student and professional we support.

Start here

Tell us where you are. We'll take it from there.

Whether it's a scholarship, a recognised diploma, or a first interview in this country — one form starts it.

01

We reply within two working days — in your language where we can.

02

You're matched with an advisor who knows your field, not a general helpline.

03

Nothing you tell us is shared with anyone else without your say-so.

What do you need most?
Stand with us

Give an hour. Change a trajectory.

Tutors, mentors, career coaches and employers are what make the two paths work. One hour a month is enough to matter.

Tutor

Academic English and study skills, one hour a month.

Mentor

Matched to your field, guiding one person's plan.

Employer partner

Internships and first roles for people who are ready.

Remote-friendly · Training and a coordinator provided
